I automatically multiply the caloric content of a serving times the amount of servings.  I do this as I know I will eat the entire package, even though I tell myself every time that “this will be the time I practice concerted portion control.”  Does anyone else have this problem? 

Today I hopped out for the sole purpose of acquiring a faux water enhancer of pink or yellow hue (alas I had to settle for orange/brown – lame). 

Ultimately I was most excited about my impulse purchase of SUGAR FREE PEPPERMINT PATTIES.  At only 26.6 calories per mint that is an effin chocolate fix steal, til you consume entire package of said goodness. 

Now all I have left to snack on is orange/brown water.  And I wasted empty calories* on a make of chocolate that doesn’t even have a caramel or almond interior or nuggety bits.  Plus I want a red velvet cupcake with cream cheese frosting something wicked. 

*empty calories are oft times best appropriated to vodka.
